What do the sessions involve? Five main areas:
STAMINA: Short explosive moves and hill training
(including interval training)
STRENGTH: Improving muscular endurance as
well as strength
CORE: Fitness Pilates techniques to enhance performance
& play part in injury prevention
FLEXIBILITY: Active stretching to improve
range of motion
TECHNIQUE: Verbal and visual cueing to ensure
correct technique
Also included:
n Individual benchmarking for each child to encourage, motivate
and increase confidence
n Encouragement & support to improve self confidence
n Nutritional tips and advice to raise awareness in the importance
of a healthy lifestyle
(All of which will be provided during sessions and
via a weekly email)
This isn’t just a fitness class for kids!! The T.B.F team are here to help
motivate, encourage & support your kids into a healthier lifestyle
