Just a quick note this week to let you know what is going on over the next couple of weekends, we would really like your feedback if you are able to attend particularly on Saturday and next Sunday, below is the list of the players that I have down for each of these dates please check it and let me know if what I have is correct?

We have an exhibition game on Saturday 3rd before the 1st XV play as a curtain raiser then we have been asked to do a guard of honour before they play, we are meeting at the club at 13:15 and we will be playing a game among ourselves, the World Cup games will be on at the club and it should a good day.

Sunday 4th because the older lads have a tournament at the club we are training at Warlingham School, normal 10:00 start, it will be best to park in the school and walk across the road to the playing field opposite. There is a map at the bottom of this email. Hopefully we will get as many kids up as possible so we can prepare for the tournament the following week.

Sunday 11th is our home tournament, more details will follow about this next week but it is imperative that you give me definite numbers by the end of the week so that I can enter enough teams so that all the boys get some game time early in the season.
