Sunday 8th October 2017 – U9s, U10s & U11s

Many thanks for confirming your club’s attendance at the forthcoming Warlingham Warm-Up Festival for Minis age groups on the above dates.

As our Festival is very early in the season it is aimed to be mixed-ability to prepare players for the season of rugby ahead. Please ensure players are of mixed ability.

We have split age groups over two weekends so that clubs are able to include all of their players within each age group if they so wish. We will play according the RFU rules of play for each age group. For the U7 and U8s we anticipate a total of 17-19 squads for each age group with the festival run along four leagues of four or 5 squads. For the older age group on 8th October we anticipate a total of 10 to 12 squads for each age group and the festival to be played in two leagues of five or six squads.

Parking and Location:
WRFC is located between Warlingham Green and Hamsey Green on the Limpsfield Road, with the entrance to the club opposite Trenham Drive. Regarding car parking, we have allowed for car parking on site in the field and are hoping to have additional parking at Warlingham School next door to our site and on the road by this school which allows you to access via the back of the club. Car parking marshals will direct visitors, please listen to them! Please see attached maps for more information on parking, it will be on a first come first served basis so we would recommend coming early to get a good spot.

Parking is very limited on 8th Oct as our overflow option (Warlingham School) also has an event on that day.
*PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE ROAD IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE CLUB*

We can take high wheel-base cars or 4x4s on the overflow parking on the grounds themselves. Further overflow parking is on Tithepit Shaw Lane and you can enter the club via the exit at the rear (see map).

PLEASE be respectful of our parking coordinators who will be trying to help you. Early arrival is recommended.
