"Hi Matt..
We look forward to hosting you this Sunday at Hazelwood. We are planning on an 11 o’clock KO on Pitch 4, see attached. The pitch will be available for warm up prior to KO.

We normally get down there for 9:30 am to enjoy the fine breakfast facilities and to bag a place in the car park, it is a busy Sunday at London Irish so please car share where possible.

The changing rooms are on the far right short side of the club as you approach it from the car park (again see attached).

Our boys will pretend to shower after and change into shirt and tie. Food will be provided for all the players
