Teams will be split into groups of 4 and play 3 x 12 minute matches and then all teams will qualify for semi finals at various levels depending on where they finish in their groups.

Winners of the semi finals qualify for the finals in that competition and the losers will progress to the Bronze finals ensuring all teams will play in 5 matches that day.
Squad sizes are unlimited but we recommend a Squad of 15 to ensure players get sufficient playing time.
4 substitutions can be made for each match.
Each team will be asked to provide a referee to officiate in another pool ( on the same pitch and at different playing time to your match)
Tournament Trophies and team player of the tournament awards will be presented pitch side.
Each age group will be allocated a pitch and stay on that pitch all day, with 2 matches taking place at the same time as we are playing across the pitch.

The draws will be made at total random with only the top 4 seeds based on their Waterfall cup and Quins cup results ensuring they go into separate pools A-D
The main difference to normal 7s is
No kicking. Kickoffs are from taps in the middle of the pitch. There are no kicks in open play. No conversions
7 points of scored in the 5m conversion zone and 5 points of outside the zone.
