Following parent feedback we extended our search of tour providers to find a solution that would put all our age groups at one family centred venue, closer than 4 hours away.

We have found Essex Rugby Challenge - Clacton upon Sea. 2.5 hours from the club and based at 1 of two holiday centres Park Resorts Naze Marine & Martello Beach Holiday Parks.

If you are now unable to attend having paid the deposit for Chichester and need a REFUND due to the changed venue - please email rfoyle@hotmail.co.uk. If we don't hear from you by the 2nd October, we will assume that you are happy to change venue (and there is nothing further for you to do until you hear from us).

This is open to U6 (playing at U7 in a festival) up to U11's (and possibly U12's - please speak to Francis to confirm)

The Essex Rugby Challenge takes place in one of English Rugby’s great outposts. Home to so many famous mini and junior clubs and a production line for some of the World’s best players including England and British Lions great Jason Leonard. What better way to celebrate your May bank holiday weekend than at this exciting mini and junior rugby festival.

ADDITIONAL INFO
There are 6 & 8 berth units, of different standards, that can hold between 4 and 8 people. The price will range from £79pp (for 8 people in an 8-berth bronze) to £139 (for 4 people in a 6-berth gold). Plus a supplement if 3 sleep in a 6 berth, or 5 sleep in an 8 berth. We will contact EVERYBODY who has paid a deposit after the 2nd October to sort out if people wish to share and what accommodation is required.

Prices include: Three night’s holiday village accommodation, return coach shuttles to and from Festival, entertainment pass & Entry to Rugby Festival.

*Camping Option also available for £59 per person based on minimum of three people per pitch and would include; Three night’s holiday village camping accommodation, return coach shuttles to and from Festival, electricity, entertainment pass & Entry to Rugby Festival.
