The WRFC 200 Club

The 200 Club was launched in February 1972 and, for a monthly investment of one pound, has proved an invaluable source of funding for the Rugby Club, as well as providing surprise cash prizes for members.

Inflation has, however, devalued the revenue from this source and the Committee has decided that the time has now come to increase the monthly membership subscription.

The 200 Club has accordingly been relaunched at a monthly rate of £5.00 and, to cut down on the administrative burden, will only be available by standing order payments.

£500 draws will take place twice a year on top of monthly prizes of £100, £40 and £20. These will be increased or supplemented with bonus draws as membership grows, so that pay-outs remain at 50% of revenue.

A Standing Order form must be completed by both new and existing members and will supersede any existing instructions you may have in respect of the 200 Club.

Winners will be notified and receive their prizes on a monthly basis and the results will be placed on the web site, in the circular and posted on the Club notice board.

All revenues are held in a separate 200 Club account, audited annually and profits made for the Rugby Club will be used for the benefit of both junior and senior playing sections.
